It's time for our Summer Holiday Program! We will be having a fun filled day at Target Hill Hub's swimming pool. Games, hanging out with friends, swimming and making a delicious lunch. Gap $10 Day Options are a Social and Community Participation item, available in the CORE Supports of your NDIS funding. The price you see listed here reflects the GAP COST of the activity only. We are proud to say that our pricing arrangement is in line with the NDIS guidelines, and you will be billed based on the Support Ratio that most appropriately suits you. You must be an NDIS Participant who is Self Managed or Plan Managed to participate in this event.
