Short Term Respite

At Enabling Independence, our Respite services are all about simulating supported daily living mixed with fun activities and adventures. We offer both Individual and Group Respite options, so you can choose to have an adventure with friends or enjoy some time on your own. Each stay is tailored to your needs and interests, with a “menu” of adventures you can experience during your time with us.

​If you’re new to the NDIS or want to make the most of your funding, Respite is a great first steps toward Supported Independent Living (SIL). This service helps you build the skills needed to live independently while still having regular support. Enabling Independence Respite Packages are a fantastic way to prepare for SIL and the unique opportunities it brings. Even if SIL isn’t in your future, Respite and STA offer a refreshing break, like a “weekend getaway” to help you recharge for the week ahead.
