Connections (formerly known as Day Options) is a fun, structured, goal focused and group based program that takes place at both our Target Hill Hub and out in the community. This program is designed to help participants build practical life skills, confidence, and meaningful social connections through purposeful and thought out group activities.
Connections runs on a seasonal schedule and provides a planned activities program that is shared in advance so that participants know what to expect each day and how each activity links directly to their individual NDIS goals. The program is open to all our participants, and you don’t need to be fully enrolled to join in on one particular activity.Â
You can take a look at all the activities we have planned for the next few months on our activities calendar and book your spot now.
Every activity in the program is intentionally planned based on:

Each Day follows a structured plan that supports routine, consistency, and skill development, while still allowing flexibility. These pillars run on a rolling timetable, so all participants experience a wide range of activities no matter which days they participate.
Group discussions, visual supports, and hands on participation are built into every day. From meal preparation, to cleaning and reflection, participants are actively involved, turning everyday moments into meaningful learning opportunities.Â
Â
Connections is about more than just activities. It’s about building independence, experiencing new things, strengthening social connections and supporting participants in a way that is practical, engaging, and truly aligned with their individual NDIS goals.
Connections is open to all our participants, not just those formerly enrolled in Day Options, and you can participate in as many or as few days as you like. We also have the capacity to take on new Connections Participants so contact us now if you would like to get involved.Â
