Youth Group

Our Youth Group program is all about getting out, challenging yourself, building confidence, and having fun with a great group of people your own age. Designed for teens and young adults, this weekly program gives you the chance to make new friends, grow your independence, and take part in exciting new adventures within your community.

Each week a different activity is planned to help you strengthen your social and communication skills, improve your decision-making and problem-solving abilities, and build your confidence to navigate real life situations and opportunities.

Through engaging group activities, the program provides a supportive environment where you can build connections, develop skills, and grow confidence while working towards your goals together.

The program runs every Tuesday, so check out the activities below list or head to our activities calendar to see what’s coming up and book your spot!
