Hello, my name is Yasmin. I am 31 years old and I have been working in the disability industry since 2016. I am passionate about supporting people to live their best lives, get involved in the community and have fun doing it.
I got into disability support because I have always enjoyed helping people and wanted to make a difference in their lives. I enjoy meeting new people, supporting them to achieve their goals and enjoy the journey along the way.
I bring a kind, patient and positive approach. I am organised, easy to get along with bring a relaxed attitude to my work.
I love animals, dogs being my favourite. I love to travel to new places and try different vegan food. I enjoy keeping fit by running and training Muay Thai.
I care about treating people with respect and kindness. I understand everyone is different so I aim to adjust to where they are. I like building trust with clients and their families so they feel comfortable and are happy with their support. It’s important to me that clients feel supported, understood, and more confident in their every day life.
